I tattoo at Black Serum located at 310 Valencia St San Francisco on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. My current rate is $300/hr, and my minimum is $250.  Deposits are $100 via venmo @skeletonvelvet and come off the total cost of your tattoo when it is finished. Consults upon request.
